• The price are per person per day in double room incl. breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet extra € 15,00.- per person;
• Room with private facilities (shower/toilet), balcony with lake or mountain view, TV sat, telephone, free use of guest kitchen. Wi-fi and Air conditioning in all the room;
• In case of cancellation or change of reservation up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
• In case of cancellation of reservation of less than 15 days the date of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged;
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged;
• Check-in from 2:00 p.m. and Check-out before 10:30 a.m.;

• Late departure: based an availability of the house, on the day of departure is possible use the swimming pool area even after check aut ( 10:30 am) until 5.00 pm with a supplement of 10 € for adults and € 5 for children.
